Catapulta is a Linux-based server distribution that is designed and packaged specifically for high-performance network monitoring applications on commodity hardware. It is the operating system that drives the entire nPulse sensor product line. It derives its strength and sustainability from Ubuntu and, therefore, implicitly inherits Debian's reputation for reliability and performance.
Catapulta is an open-source community project that is funded entirely by nPulse Network Systems. In the spirit of Ubuntu, Catapulta is, and always will be, free of charge.
